Scrubber is an element that is designed with definite technology system. It extracts all noxious chemical gas, corrosive, and other air contaminating elements. After passing through the scrubber the air is purified and harmless to breath. The gas that dissolves in water media is arranged to wash by nozzle spraying. Suitable packed bed is provided to create large contact surface and then it is trapped. Adopting low pressure saves the operating cost. The classifications are material wise like

The Bag filters are capable to dust down even 3 micron dust loads of dry and moist dusts as the fabrics are suitably selected for the manufacture of the filters. The filters are anti static needle felt of different densities. Sealed with rings for the removal from the cages. Polypropylene automatic cleaning is by pulse jets (Air Compressed) through the venturi nozzles.

The captured dirty gas is led to the dirty air compartment from top by way of the dirty air inlet and distribution manifold. The gas travels downwards through the filter cassettes lined up in rows and then into the clean air compartment. During dust collection, the filter cassettes undergo automatic cleaning by a reverse air flow systems. A cleaning air fan delivers the required air through moving cleaning nozzles via a flexible hose. During cleaning, the cleaning air nozzles always cover three columns of cassette openings at one time and then the column in the middle receives the cleaning air without any dust drawn from the two neighboring cassettes. To continue, the cleaning nozzles move towards the next slot by an electro mechanically indexing device.
SEW filter consists of a dirty air inlet and distribution manifold, a dirty air compartment containing the filter cassette, a clean air compartment , a cleaning nozzle, a drive unit, a cleaning air fan located on the top , a dust collection hopper with dust disposal equipment, support structure and platform.

Normally used for collection of coarse dust particles, our cyclones are effectively designed to remove dust with an emission level of 200 mg/m3. For high dust loading condition they act as primary filtering system before the bag filter. They do not require any maintenance. Multicyclones are offered to large volume of gas and to achieve better operating efficiencies. Rotary air cut valves or double flap valves are used as discharge devices to these cyclones.

Paint booths are being designed in high volumes and filtering system is adopted with the provision of the msds (MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET). The hazardous spray particles with pigments and dyes and chemicals are being filtered by wet scrubber. The wastages are being washed with sprinkling water devices through the pumps.Because of insulation the area of the painting section is free from obnoxious smokes and harmless atmosphere being created in the work area.
